Caissons and resistances

2 pitches of mouths (180 or 220mm) allow to adapt to the specifics of BPV products. Pin strengths with a diameter of 10 mm  are made of armoured stainless steel. The power of each is adapted to the type of oven to ensure the perfect distribution of the heater: front/back and right / left. Their number varies depending on the size of the oven and corresponds to a desire to get a mesh very dense for expose the loaves to a radiation Optimized.

ECO GREEN mode 

Insulation materials remain stable and effective throughout the oven lifecycle. Our tests show that the outer walls of the oven remain at a maximum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit) above the temperature

Rocking glass

Clean glass combined with well-broadcast lighting in the cooking chamber ensures a good view of your products.  Without any tools, you can clear the front headband (1) that will allow the glass to tip into the cleaning position (2). This is clear, so you can clean both sides of the glass, without taking it apart, in a minimum of time and effort.

Homogeneous and abundant fog

The fog device consists of an external enclosure
10 mm thick refractory steel. In the lower part, metal sledgehammers strengthen the mass and increase exchange area. The mist is injected from the back of the oven. Resistances are not in contact  directwithe with water, which Increases their longevity. Their performance thus remains stable over time. This  wet mist quickly condenses on your uniform way: guaranteed shine!

Easy getting started

Available as an option, the eDrive control is a 60x100mm (4.5'' touchscreen built into the front of the oven. It can process 100 programs: 1 manual program, 3 continuous cooking programs and 96 recipes with 6 possible phases. Its interface has been specially developed with a constant concern for ergonomics: it is one of the most intuitive regulations on the market.
