High-performing design

Stainless steel chamber

Its flatness and geometry guarantee a perfect air distribution. The components of the cooking chamber are assembled by a TIG welding cord which allows absolute waterproofing. Its diamond-tipped profile avoids deformation over time.

ECO GREEN mode 

Energy saving with 4 cm insulation rockwool slabs rounding the baking chamber,  double glass door ensure even baking results.  Just keep the T° low while you do not use the oven to safe energy  and reach you pre-heat T° in a record time.  
The dual glass door with its integrated fresh air channel avoids the risks of burning during baking operation.  The inner hinge helps cleaning the glass inside.  Keep your products visible for clients and baking operators!

Tempered double glass door

Double glass (6mm reflective treated inner thickness, 4mm inside) and door seal to make the maintenance easier and faster. Natural ventilation between the glasses lowers its external temperature to avoid and contributes to the insulation of the oven. In addition, its easy dismantling allows for quick and easy cleaning for a perfect view of the products in the cooking chamber. And to adapt to any type of environment, the door is reversible.

Foggy steam and airflow control

The ventilation (alternate meaning) is specially  Designed to be adapted to the cooking chamber. The turbine distributes heat through the side walls, which is picked up by the  suction system at the bottom of the cooking chamber. The airflow is to maintain  humidity homogeneous. The ventilation speed can be lowered with a 2-speed engine to cook the most delicate products. (with Edrive4 regulation)

Easy getting started

The eDrive4 control is a 95x54mm (4.3'' touchscreen built into the front of the oven. It can process 100 programs: 1 manual program, 3 continuous cooking programs and 96 recipes with 6 possible phases. Its interface has been specially developed with a constant concern for ergonomics: it is one of the most intuitive regulations on the market.

Ultra fast heating

The reactivity of an oven allows not only increased productivity, but also controlled energy consumption. All the design parameters of the Rbox (caisson, insulation, resistances ...) also participates in an ultra-fast heating, to start and chain the cooking in record time. In addition, the stop odor system avoids the transfer of odor between sweet and salty products!
